Since when are there Brits in Miami? What’s British about it?
The balance between bitter & sweet is reminiscent of traditional English Style Pale Ales or EBS’s (English Style Bitters), rather than the bitterness-aroma element that is the staple of modern American style IPA’s.
What’s American about it?
Our use of American hops to give it that citrusy and earthy foundation.

Beer Description:
The flavor is characterized by a grainy and honey undertone with low hop bitterness and a fruity finish.
Clarity Description:
A pale straw ale with a slightly hazy center. Thick foam as the wheat malt adds to head retention.
5.5% ABV

Beer Description:
Usually comparable with a Belgian Style Golden-Ale but with a noticeable complement of malt sweetness due to the larger grain bill. Our Tripel Ale uses a single base malt and relies on a unique Belgian yeast strain to develop its yeasty complexity.
Clarity Description:
A pale straw ale with a slight and natural hazy center
Aroma Description:
The Aroma is characterized by a spicy phenolic base and a fruity/estery finish.
Body Description:
The flavor is characterized by a grainy and yeast driven undertone with low hop bitterness and fruity finish. It has a deceptively high ABV given its light body and high attenuation.

Juan Pablo has invested his 15 years of determination and entrepreneurial experience (and more than 20 years in beer drinking: “market research”) in creating successful endeavors, but deep inside his calling was to craft his dreams of starting a brewery. That’s why he moved from Bogota to Miami and brought his partner in crime and wife Natalia, and their 2 year son José María.
